Accuracy of Content
SSP Hats Ltd has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular that the prices quoted are correct at the time of publishing and all products have been fairly described.
All prices are displayed exclusive of VAT.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However the limitations of colour reproduction and the individual colour settings of your monitor may mean a slight variation.

Availability
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.

Delivery Charges
Minimum order value for orders to addresses within the UK mainland is £100 Net. If your order is over £300 before V.A.T and your delivery address is within the UK mainland then you qualify for free delivery. If your order is below this amount then the carriage charge is £7.50 + VAT.  Delivery is via TNT on a next working day service. Please note some Highland postcodes are subject to a surcharge by TNT that we are unable to fully cover. The cost of delivery to these areas will be dependent on the order. Full delivery charges will be stated before payment is taken.
Minimum order value for Northern Ireland is £200 Net and delivery to Northern Ireland is £12 + VAT (2/3 day delivery) – on all deliveries.
Minimum order value for Republic of Ireland is £200 Net and delivery to Republic of Ireland is £18 + VAT (4/5 day delivery) – on all deliveries.
For all other destinaltions a minimum order value of £300 Net applies. Delivery to other destinations can be arranged and a quote for delivery will be provided on a confirmed order basis.

Acknowledgement and Acceptance of Your Order
Please make sure the e-mail address you provide to us is correct and your mailbox is in proper working order. An order acknowledgement e-mail will be sent to you detailing the products you have ordered. Please note that this email is merely an acknowledgement of your order and not an acceptance or confirmation of your order by SSP Hats Ltd

Payment Terms
10% discount allowed if your order is prepaid, or for account customers if payment is received within 14 days of the invoice date. Otherwise payment is due by 30 days from the invoice date. Overdue accounts will be charged interest at the rate set by the Government for overdue payments.
Until the price of the product has been paid in full, title to the product will remain vested in the company, who may, without prejudice to any legal remedy, repossess any unpaid product. The product will, as from the time of supply, be at the buyers risk.

Any Problems
All discrepancies with deliveries must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of the delivery, claims cannot be made after this time. If you are dissatisfied in any way with you order please call 01754 899090 (lines open Mon – Fri 8am- 5pm) and we will deal with your complaint.

Returns Policy
You may only return an item that is unwanted under the following criteria:
We must be notified within 48 hours of your receiving the product, and all returns must be made within 10 days of receipt of the goods. Please do not send returns without prior approval or credit will not be given.
Goods must be returned to us fully packaged, with proof of purchase (receipt or dispatch notes), unused and in a re-saleable condition at your cost, we will then make the refund.

Items which have been ordered at a clearance (sale or special offer) price are non-returnable.
Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable in the event of an unwanted item being returned to us.

Privacy Policy
SSP Hats Ltd takes your online security very seriously.
We are committed to complying with the Data Protection Act. We never make your personal details available to other companies for marketing purposes. We may hold your personal details in order to process your order and maintain your account.

Changes to Legal Notices
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any such amendments will take effect when posted on the Website and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you use the Website
